My athletic background encompasses many sports, including endurance running races, competitive basketball and soccer, which have provided me with the experience to understand the athletic challenges and injuries in my clients.
As my client’s wingman and biggest cheerleader, I like to create a training environment in which my clients know that I will work with them every step of the way to truly believe that “You can do this”!
