Professional, knowledgeable, strict on form, the training programs I design are balanced and well thought out. I’m extremely patient in regards to training progressions and overcoming fears associated with weight training.
Holding many accolades and achievements as an athlete, trainer and coach however, my true inspiration comes from the people I work with in the gym. Don’t let my kind and caring personality fool you, I’m driven to help you reach your goals and I’ll do whatever I can to help you achieve your best results.
I like to change it up for my clients - the more variety the better. I am sometimes dubbed the "Cardio Queen” and I’m totally inspired by watching clients transform, setting goals, and working hard to achieve them. It's such a fantastic experience to see someone who really believes they "can't", MASTER IT!
I believe that there is an active lifestyle for everyone, we just need to find something you love and help you do it! I like to explore the subtle-side of training.
I am extremely knowledgeable and have extensive experience and able to adapt exercises and programs to meet the needs of a wide variety of clients. I love being able to meet the client's changing needs.
