What to wear?
Comfortable workout attire. Running shoes are recommended at all times with the exception of Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes. Bring a water bottle to all classes and keep yourself hydrated.
Book your classes in advanced to ensure your spot. Simply create an account on our website or the MINDBODY app.
For your first class please arrive 15 minutes early so we can show you around and get you set up for success.
For cycle classes we recommend you wear cycling shoes with SPD clips. Don’t worry if you don’t have them, you can wear any running shoe as we have toe cages on the pedal. Your bike set up is important for the best experience in class so please let the coach know when you arrive that you would like to get your bike set perfectly for you.
We highly recommend you bring your own yoga mat to class for hygiene reasons. If you forget your mat, we have mats available for use in classes. Please arrive on time as the class starts with quieting the mind and breathing exercises to center you for your practice.
The gym is available for use during our hours of operation. If you need assistance with any equipment, please ask one of our coaches to help you. You receive a complimentary G2K (Get to Know) session with our expert coaches with the purchase of any long-term membership.

We supply all the amenities you need to refresh after your workout. Towel service is available with the All Access membership.
You may cancel your class registration up to one hour before the class.
If a class is full you will be added to the waitlist. If a participant doesn’t show up at the scheduled start time, their spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist.
