Summer can be busy, with vacations and kids out of school, group classes are a great way to keep you accountable and in a routine. The ACADEMY offers several types of classes weekly, ranging from Pilates, yoga, group strength, and cycling, to heart heart-pounding cardio and everything in between. You can livestream into classes from anywhere! This summer there is no reason to let the gains you have made with your fitness disappear during vacations. Accountability – Signing up for a class gives a sense of accountability, from the instructor to fellow attendees. It’s easier to get yourself moving when you know you’re investing in your health and have people waiting for you. Think of class as a motivator to get active!
