Finding Balance With Eating & Family.

So, how do you find the balance between spending precious time with your family and working towards your wellness goals?

You can go into any social situation and make food choices that help you feel good while still having fun - release the anxiety, it doesnโ€™t serve you!

Iโ€™m all about being armed with the tools I need to feel good in these situations. Do you feel you have what you need to conquer your goals? If not, break it down into bite-sized pieces and start with the smallest crumb - like adding one more serving of veggies per day! Keep digging in, one day at a time.
