Putting your health and wellness first!
You’re on the plane, listening to the flight attendant announcements before your flight takes off. We’ve all heard it – “In the case of loss of cabin pressure, oxygen masks will automatically drop down. Please put your mask on prior to helping others.”
It’s a fact that flows into many areas of life – you can’t help others if you don’t help yourself. It’s time to put your personal health and wellness first, to be the healthiest YOU, you can be, to stop putting others before yourself.
Self-care is an important part of our overall wellness. Many feel that It’s selfish to put themselves before others. However, if we go back to that old adage, “you can’t help others if you don’t help yourself first”, you can start to focus on making YOUR health and wellness a priority.
